I run a drop ship company with this company. The service is fine, even if the products are slightly shabby, when it goes well. But they never accept refunds even when allot of the products are badly made and they are complained about by your customers. Quite often we would refund at our own expense as Artisan never would approve refunds even when the products were obviously faulty.They are quick to take your money but if there is ever an issue, even if it is their fault, they make it so hard to get your money back or cancel your order it becomes the Achilles heel of your business. All small businesses should approach with caution.

Strange but I’ve seen couple of the negative reviews which - I believe - are harsh and far from actual ground realities. In an unbiased manner, Artisan is doing a fantastic job with end to end supply chain management, customer support as well as IT.

How many companies are offering stockless supply with no minimum order restrictions? They deserve 5 stars!

Solid good quality furniture and fast delivery times. Customers are very pleased with their orders. Return process is very strict, hence 4 stars. Even when the item is faulty and reported immediately but picture evidence takes 3 days to be reported they will reject refund.

We are a social enterprise not for profit, run to help our community. They are great until you try and get a refund and then its like pulling teeth. We waited 3 months for an order. It never arrived and then when we tried to cancel and get a refund, it was excuse after excuse and some quite snotty replies. Still owe us nearly £165, which as a not for profit company, is a valuable loss. A company is measured on solving its problems and Artisan dont want to know about problems
