I cannot say enough amazing things about Kody at Bob’s Discount Furniture! From the moment I walked in, she was the perfect balance of knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping my wife and me find exactly what we needed—without ever making us feel pressured.

She let me wander and explore at my own pace, but the moment I had a question, she was there with expert advice, great pricing insights, and an incredible eye for design. She even took the time to FaceTime my wife to make sure every detail was right. That level of dedication and care is so rare in sales, and it made all the difference.

Beyond her impeccable taste and expertise, Kody is simply a joy to work with—a true professional who genuinely loves what she does. She’s stunningly beautiful inside and out, with a personality that makes you feel instantly comfortable and confident in your choices. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else in the future because I completely trust her judgment and taste.

I was greeted upon arrival and quickly received knowledgeable information by salesman Ani who helped me with my purchase. I purchased a recliner chair. Reasonable prices with a variety of options. Great customer service by Ani. There’s plenty of customer parking.

She asked what we were looking for and directed us towards the right direction She also made sure to finalize the order and was very informative about the merchandise! Excellent service! Excellent customer service! Juan was attentive and listened carefully to what our needs were, then proceeded to show us items that would meet those needs. He was knowledgeable with respect to the store's products. Once we decided on which items to purchase, Juan was forthcoming about anticipated delays for certain items. When we found some furniture we were going to wait and possibly come back for, our guest service staff was helpful in explaining how far our delivery of these items were and next steps. Thanks! I came in to look for some new furniture and I was greeted by Raymond right away and from there it was a wrap! I left with a coffee table and a matching side table and I’ll be coming back for more. He made the experience completely easy and understandable for me. I was super grateful, especially since it was my first time shopping on my own for my very own place.

I went here and purchased here because of the GOOF PROTECTION - as soon as I needed my rug replaced they didn’t replace it. I have my signed receipt attached that showed I accepted goof proof on my glitz rug. Along with the rest of my furniture as you can see. They now say I didn’t purchase it for the rug the MAIN thing that it would be needed for.. would not recommended. Felix is horribly rude and the customer service is horrible. Raymond was my salesperson and I’d make sure u double check everything you buy when going to him so you don’t get screwed over like I did. Don’t go here.

Underhanded tactics to sell you the warranty. Juan, the salesman, was superb. He was patient, knowledgeable, very helpful. However, the store manager, Azi, you should watch out for. She came over to "verify my order", but it was just to push their financing option and when I declined, she just said ok, have a nice day with an attitude and left. Then, I ask Juan to one more time review my order out of a bad gut feeling, and sure enough, the warranty had been added without my permission!! So absurd to jeopardize a deal at the end after someone already worked to secure it. Still purchased because I really loved the piece, but was tempted to back out last minute. If I ever shop at Bob's again, it won't be at this location.
