Patrick war nach meinem Anruf innerhalb 10 Minuten vor Ort (ich hatte auch Glück, dass er gleich in der Nähe war). Er war sehr freundlich und professionell. Er hat schnell entdeckt, dass der Geschirrspüler das Problem war und einen Kurzschluss in der gesamten Wohnung verursachte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich sehr gut. Ich würde ihn definitiv weiterempfehlen!

When water problems unexpectedly struck with a flooding bathroom, he didn’t just offer a service; he showed up with compassion, patience, and presence. Even before he could physically attend, Patrick stayed on the phone late at night, guiding me through each step until the immediate issue was under control. In those moments, when I felt most vulnerable, his calm voice and expertise reassured me that everything was going to be okay.
The next day, Patrick arrived promptly and got to work, but what truly stood out was the way he took the time to explain, in such a clear and understandable way, exactly what the problems were. Plumbing is not something I’m familiar with, and let’s be honest, in a stressful situation, it can all sound overwhelming. But Patrick made sure I understood every step of the repair process, empowering me with new knowledge. After the repair, he documented everything with photos, and together, we went to the landlord to explain the situation. Patrick's fluency in both English and German was a blessing, as my German isn’t strong, and he made sure there was no communication barrier between us, the landlord, and the haus meister who will complete the remaining work, it is a delicate problem.
Patrick’s ability to step in with kindness and expertise during such a stressful time was truly invaluable. He is not just a skilled plumber but someone who cares deeply about his clients’ peace of mind and the work he does. I can not thank him enough, and I’m writing this review because he thoroughly deserves the recognition. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Patrick knows his work really well, is very communicative, and plans the tasks beforehand in order to make informed and efficient repairs. Had a very pleasant experience in approaching him for a troubling issue of clogged shower drain, which he made a quick task of, also suggesting maintenance procedures for the future.
He also speaks great English making it easy for non-Germans in Munich.
The fee he charged was also reasonable. Would highly recommend him.
