An amazing experience from start to finish. We worked with Azad Gun, who was amazing. He helped us work through our vision for the bed, especially because there were fabrics involved. Oh, and make sure you get the Turkish coffee and sweets while selecting options!! ? Delivery was within the time promised; the delivery/installation team was excellent. We did a lot of research on the various stores offering similar products (in our price range) and Lazzoni was the one we chose. Best choice ever!!

I discovered Lazzoni for the first time as I walked down west 18th Street in New York City. My husband and I were in the process of sorting out a purveyor of furniture reminiscing Northern European Mid Century. Lazzoni’s surfaces combining iron wood, glass, and ceramic finishes promised durability as well as a well tailored upholstery. Their line is as impeccable as I had envisioned. Their imported products are high quality produced in one of the most beautiful areas of Ankara. Reviews seemed written by predominant long term customers very loyal to the brand’s reputation. As a visual artist my purpose was to recreate a supporting atmosphere for my art and Lazzoni lent itself like a glove. Furthermore, the staff’s personal attention was enthusiastic, intelligent, and honest. What more can one expect when decorating a new home?

I used Lazzoni Chelsea to furnish four rooms in my new home. I worked with Birce and Gift. The design process was above and beyond; it felt equivalent to having two professional interior decorators consulting me on both general aesthetic approach and what pieces to consider (as well as colors, fabrics, etc.). Birce and Gift were responsive, professional, and generally just very pleasant to collaborate with. I've never reviewed anything on Google but had to shine a light on how terrific this experience was. 5 stars!

Mehmet and Luo are extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and listens to your needs.

Lazzoni offers a premium experience where you don’t have to wonder whether a certain piece looks good in your space, because they can literally visualize it before you spend thousands of dollars. No one tries to sell you the furniture here, but sells you the experience.

I also want to praise the delivery team - when they came, they saw that my home is “shoes off” and did that without me having to ask. That is a +100000000 in an asian household!

Art Projects

My husband and I purchased three of Lazzoni’s beautiful Behz Bar Stools which we adore. Unfortunately one of the stools leg base broke. I immediately called Lazzoni in Chelsea and Lilly Talay , the Operations Assistant Manager contacted me to resolve the situation. Another new leg would be ordered and their delivery team would deliver and assemble the leg and take the damaged one. When the order was delivered to their warehouse ,Lazzoni delivery team called to make a scheduled appointment and stated a time of day in which they would arrive. The Team was at our home yesterday on time and replaced the leg base of our Behz Bar Stool. I must commend you and your company on expediting the process. We are delighted!
