Wir haben schon schlechter geschlafen, aber unbedingt nochmal müsste ich es nicht haben. Überall muffiger Teppich, schlecht geputzt, es lag noch der Müll der Vormieter im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Die Reservierung hatte auch nicht geklappt, nur nach langem Überreden bekamen wir überhaupt ein Zimmer.

Für ein Airport Hotel wirklich vernünftig.
Zimmer waren sauber, Möbel nicht verbraucht und unten am Service waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen erst etwas Sorge, wollten aber einfach halbwegs preiswert schlafen. Vor Ort waren wir dann positiv überrascht!

Fantastic Stay with Outstanding Service!

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. However, what truly made my visit special was the exceptional customer service provided by Andy.

From the moment I checked in, Andy went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was offering local recommendations or accommodating my special requests, Andy handled everything with a smile and made me feel right at home.

The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Did not enjoy this hotel at all. We had reserved through PriceLine. The hotel tried to charge us again. They didn't keep the king room we reserved so we had to take a double room instead. The room itself wasn't bad, but the bathroom was terrible. Shower was in bad repair and not clean. Toilet was cracked, and flooring was bowed up. Some updates are being done, but are being done poorly. Paint drops all over the room, smeared paint on trim and fixtures. There are many other options for hotels in this area at similar price.

This is my first time visiting this hotel. When I say Mr. Andy is a nice and funny person. He made me and my boyfriend feel welcome and family. His customer service is very wonderful and loving. He had us smiling from the time we entered until we signed our last paper. It’s hard to feel welcome during the times that we are in but when I say Mr. Andy was wonderful nice and have a beautiful smile. Please visit if you want a special place that feel welcome. Thank you Mr. Andy for this Thanks giving holiday ?

I stayed here for several days on a work trip, and the service was terrible. the place is out-dated, I found a roach in my room and saw a few around the hotel. My room was not to the best standard, or even a good one. When speaking with the manager I found her to be very rude and disgusting, with a very terrible disposition for someone who is supposed to be the face of service. I was very disgusted. If I'd had the ability to switch hotels I would have, I honestly wish that I could get a refund for what I experienced. A staff cleanse is needed. Would have been decent if the staff wasn't so awful, the cleaning lady walking around shouting that someone peed in a bed. Just awful and uncomfortable.

I stay there for three nights in the first nights. I had to request a different room three times due to the fact The showerhead had mold all on them and has not been clean one room they offer me dirty footprints on the white sheets. They offer me smell like straight cigarettes, even though it’s a no smoking hotel I requested a new showerhead and was told that they have none and all they could do was clean it for me, but obviously, they have not been doing it to begin with or I would never have asked .

Positive: The staff were nice. The sheets appeared clean. Negative: The room was gross. There was a big hole in the tub, though the holes in the shower were plugged with unfinished spackling compound. Dirt everywhere, curtail rod and toilet seat busted.
